ShieldUI jQuery MonthYearPicker component

The ShieldUI MonthYearPicker component - is a lightweight, very fast and highly customizable UI control which allows you to select a date and perform an action. The control contains internally ShieldUI Calendar widget which allows you to navigate through months and years. The Calendar is confugured to show its month view as a start view. In that way the users can select only year and month. The MonthYearPicker has rich client side API for interaction with the component.
